It does actually look like this has answered the original question :) Which had nothing to do with removing the DNN info.  I wonder if you've got your threads crossed?

Anyway, to remove the DNN info:

- Go to the admin site settings page, and upload a new logo - this will now show instead of the DNN logo.
- Go to the host settings page, and uncheck the show copyright credits checkbox
