First let me say I'm a dnn newbie.  I was running dnn 4.5.4 and saw that it's not available for download anymore so I know it's time to start upgrading.  I downloaded version 4.6.  I uploaded the update.  Now when I browse to my site, the url says: http://www.coramcivic.org/Install/Install.aspx?mode=upgrade and everything below it says

Upgrading DotNetNuke
Current Assembly Version: 04.06.02
Current Database Version: 04.08.00
Upgrade Status Report

00:00:00.015 - Upgrading to Version: 4.6.2
00:00:00.031 - Performing General Upgrades

then I click and click and the site never loads.  it's stuck in the upgrade?  I'm not exactly sure what in web.config I should be looking at.  I see the

<providers>
<clear />
<add name="SqlDataProvider" type="DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke.SqlDataProvider" connectionStringName="SiteSqlServer" upgradeConnectionString="" providerPath="~\Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider\" objectQualifier="" databaseOwner="dbo" />
</providers>

but don't know if i'm looking in right location.
