I have a page on my site: http://www.mysite.com/SomeFolder/tabid/64/Default.aspx

I want people to be able to browse to: http://www.mysite.com/ThisUrl
and have it redirect them to http://www.mysite.com/SomeFolder/tabid/64/Default.aspx

Is this possible? Is this friendly urls configuration under Host Site settings? How would I configure that. Basically I want to have http://www.mysite.com/RegisteredUserName redirect to a page that has their profile and such.

You may find some good info searching on "Friendly URLs" or "URL rewriter". Inventua's HrefExchanger is the best known URL rewriting software as far as I know. However I recently bookmarked this post that claims to be a superior technique: http://seablick.com/blog/tabid/53/articletype/articleview/articleid/91/dnn-url-rewriter-on-steroids.aspx I've not done this though, so am unsure if it'll really solve your issues.
