then after clicking update

accessing global settings - OK

checking root domain - OK

accessing LDAP - OK

find all domains in network - 1 Domain(s): usi.edu.ph (USI)

Oh okay. Try unchecking "Hide Login Controls". Then when you try to manually login you should get a Windows Login option. You chould also try going to http://<website>/DesktopModules/AuthenticationServices/ActiveDirectory/windowssignin.aspx to see if you get logged in.

The only other thing that could be causing an issue is maybe the dc=usi. If you have the Server Administrative Tools installed on your computer (or have access to the domain controller itself) you can open the Active Directory Users and Computers mmc and check to see exactly what the AD is named (root of the tree in the left pane). I could be wrong but I wouldn't be surprised if it's more than just usi (ie: usi.edu.ph in which case the root domain should be listed as dc=usi, dc=edu, dc=ph).
