A client got an account on lunarpages then asked me to set up DNN there.  Got DNN installed without an error.  Default portal comes up, I delete the template containers and add a new container and then click on the container settings.  I then get an error I've not seen before:

Error: Module is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: D:\inetpub\vhosts\xanutopia.com\httpdocs\Admin\Modules\ModuleSettings.ascx.vb(192): error BC30456: 'Width' is not a member of 'ASP.controls_skincontrol_ascx'. ---> System.Web.HttpCompileException: D:\inetpub\vhosts\xanutopia.com\httpdocs\Admin\Modules\ModuleSettings.ascx.vb(192): error BC30456: 'Width' is not a member of 'ASP.controls_skincontrol_ascx'. at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.CompileWebFile(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(String virtualPath) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.InjectModule(Control objPane, ModuleInfo objModule, PortalSettings PortalSettings) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I then tried to access host settings:

Error: Host Settings is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: D:\inetpub\vhosts\xanutopia.com\httpdocs\admin\Host\HostSettings.ascx.vb(136): error BC30456: 'Width' is not a member of 'ASP.controls_skincontrol_ascx'. ---> System.Web.HttpCompileException: D:\inetpub\vhosts\xanutopia.com\httpdocs\admin\Host\HostSettings.ascx.vb(136): error BC30456: 'Width' is not a member of 'ASP.controls_skincontrol_ascx'. at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.CompileWebFile(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(String virtualPath) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.InjectModule(Control objPane, ModuleInfo objModule, PortalSettings PortalSettings) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Admin Settings:

Site Settings
Error: Site Settings is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: D:\inetpub\vhosts\xanutopia.com\httpdocs\Admin\Portal\SiteSettings.ascx.vb(429): error BC30456: 'Width' is not a member of 'ASP.controls_skincontrol_ascx'. ---> System.Web.HttpCompileException: D:\inetpub\vhosts\xanutopia.com\httpdocs\Admin\Portal\SiteSettings.ascx.vb(429): error BC30456: 'Width' is not a member of 'ASP.controls_skincontrol_ascx'. at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.CompileWebFile(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(String virtualPath) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.InjectModule(Control objPane, ModuleInfo objModule, PortalSettings PortalSettings) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Other Admin or Host options, such as module definitions, etc., seem to work OK.

Any suggestions?

Did you get this resolved?  I am having a very similar problem.  I have seen this issue posted twice with no answers.
