Hi Richard

It is interesting to hear someone else is having the same problem.  I have done a clean install of DNN (v4.6.2), added the latest forums modules. SMTP tests show it is fine... but still no notifications, and... still just a blank notification on post deletions.

Wondering if all this time I am spending trying to clean it up is being wasted... but the forum post times look right now!!!

Aplogies if teaching you to suck eggs.  There is a Forum Config item Enable User Timezones.  Do you have that Checked?

In Forum Administration | General Settings.

Hi Richard

Yes, I have had it checked, and tested with it unchecked (in our main installation).  I guess a start that it is working in the new installation.

Still working on bringing it all across to the new installation, installing the modules first.  One of the problems though, is forum notifications aren't working in the new install either!  It was completely fresh install, new database... and just forums added to it (http://208.106.211.27/) as you can see... but still no luck.

Email is fine (in the old, limited tests in the new) for new users, blog comments, feedback etc. And I have tested our mail server which is working fine too.  Frustrating!
