I too have been having this problem.  I used to use PHPList until my hosting provider deleted my database .  So now, in using the built in Newsletters Module with DNN, I am finding that the system will not send if my recipient list is over 50 recipients.  My hosting provider limits me to 200 per email, but when sending in personalized mode, this should not really matter should it?  Since it sends each recipient his/her own email (No CC or BCC).  Is there a limit to the size of the actual email in DNN?  For example, if I am sending an email with pictures embedded in the email and the size is approximately 100-150k, will DNN be able to cope?

there is NO limit in the DotNetNuke Bulkmail module in admin menu, but if you have large content and a slow responding web server, there might occur a timeout, especially in synchronouos mode.

Anyone have any suggestions for commercial newsletter modules that stagger email delivery to meet host limits?
