Is there a way to view the list of recipients for a thread notification?  I know there must be a file somewhere that includes the usernames, but I'm not the host afministrator, just the site administrator, so the file manager doesn't move above the portal root.

There isn't a statistic availibe as list of subscribtion for a thread notification.  Only the subscriptions of the user have settup you can view in the User Manager.  But I think you can perform a ststistic with the report module.

I don't see such a thing in the User Accounts area.  Am I missing something?

A List of what a user have subscript for notification is not a feature of the Module.  Only in My-Seting is a feature Subscription where you can subscribt for Forum Groups and/or Forums.

Other Lists of Notification are not availible.
