I have a module that contains Module/User specific data.  I would like to implement an "Import Content" like action, but the "Import Content" seems to be only accessable from an administrator.  Is there a way to change the permissions for importing to registered users for this module only?

I think this is tied to a module action which is specific to administrators only. If I am wrong, which I may be since I never looked into it, you would have to give the registered users edit rights to the module at least.
