I have page editors who would like to move their web pages around. However, the Parent Page is greyed out and does not allow the Page Editors to move the web pages. The Parent Page is enabled for Admin. I don't want to give Admin rights to all Page Editors to allow them to move their pages around.

So basically what you are asking is how can you let non admin users move a page within Dotnetnuke? Well as far as I know in the case as you described this would only be possible using a third party module as Dotnetnuke does not allow you to do this. Would these editors only be able to move it within the same branch or should they be free to move it anywhere within the site? We have created a module that offers none admin users the posibility to modify page settings and change it´s parenttab but the user is also free to delete a page or move it anywhere within the site.

Yes. The user would only be allowed to move the pages that they have access to. Base on what you're saying then the Dotnetnuke Online Help is incorrect then. Here is the link http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Knowledge/DotNetNukeOnlineHelp/tabid/787/TID/3505/cid/510/Default.aspx
