I'm not sure if it was this beta release or a change in the previous one, but this has cleared up our role synch issues. User roles were not synching with the matching groups in DotNetNuke, but it seems to be working correctly now.

Hi,

My DNN is not synching any of the fields in Active Directory, ie the telephone, fax, address etc.  How do I fix this and is it one way only or by directional updates? How do I know if I am using the current provider code?

Just to be clear on your issue. The user's DNN profile isn't pulling in the information from the AD or the AD isn't getting updated when the user changes their DNN profile? If it's the former then I suspect you need to use impersonation in your web.config (see the documentation). If it's the later then it's because the provider only reads information from the AD. It does not write to it.
