Dear All, I am trying to put eRequest to my portal, for eample the user can choose an eRequest form to be sent to the administrator (example Salary Certificare request or other files)?

can some one help me on this please.

Have you looked at the Feedback module?  You may want to look at other feedback module options if the default one is too restrictive.

You could always use a module like XMod to create your own.
