After researching about the initializeculture error, I found that this is a very common problem with asp.net

Doing a google search with: 'InitializeCulture' is not a member of

returns a lot of similar cases. Even this happened with FTB and FCK before (never read that post) as you can see here:

I am still reviewing the posible cause. It could be some precompiled code.

We have just tried out this beta version to resolve one of the issues it fixes, but it has introduced the exact error described above when a user tries to click the Browse Server button from the Inser/Edit Image pop-up.  We are running DNN version 4.8.  Is there another beta that fixes this issue that we can download or do we have to wait for the final release?

sorry, beta tests are closed, once the version is submitted to the release tracker. Please be patient, we are doing our best to get it through the process as quick as possible.
