        1. i have dotnetnuke version 4.8.4,

        2. how to do dotnetnuke installation?

            pls tell step by step the following  given below flow. for example: databaseconnection, web.config, starterkit tool.

Soona,

did you check out the detailed Installation Guide?

Please notice, that you do not need to adopt web.config file any longer, since it is already handled by the installation wizard, when you first call your site.
