Sorry but the ability to use the URL control and select an existing file on the server was added in 3.01.14.  There is no equivalent token in 3.01.13 that will allow you to do that.  I'm sorry but your only option would be to upgrade to 3.01.14

Steve,

I got the URL control ability to work great!...Here's my problem.  I started using the file mode, and realized that this would be a better option.  The file extension image thing works great for File browse mode, but I am unsure if it works for URLCONTROLFILE mode.  when I changed one I had uploaded in FILE mode, and change the form.html file to use URLCONTROL, I browse my site for the file I wanted (which worked great) but upon update, it defaulted back to the default image instead of using the one I created for PDF files.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

are you talking about the file icons? the little image that represents the file type?  If so, then there was a bug in 3.01.14 and .15 where the default icon image would always display if you use the URLCONTROL... tags.  That's been fixed in the source and is available as a development build which means it has not been officially released.  Right now, the only way to fix that particular problem would be to upgrade to the latest development build, 3.01.17. You can download it from http://www.gooddogs.com/dotnetnuke/Downloads/tabid/100/i/7/v/10/Default.aspx.

Please read the disclaimer at the bottom of the page before downloading and installing any development build.
