I'm looking at what's available from 3rd party developers for a module that can be used for a school project. The questions would be single choice/multiple option which most will do, but a "must have" is the ability to hyperlink from a question to an address where additional information resources are located outside the domain of the DNN installation. A button with a url link perhaps.

The ideal would be the ability to colour code the various responses,  such that those educational areas needing further development may be quickly identified at a glance. 

I had a look at DNTS which seems impressive. If it or any other module can do the things above, that would be what I want.
