 Hey Graphic Guru,

As far as I am aware, there isn't really a good way to do it with the current DotNetNuke core skin objects, however, I am working on a very powerful skinning library that will let designers quickly build extensive menu systems as well as save a LOT of time when coding skins.  If you're interested, send me an email and I'll share the !BETA! of this library with you.  Tony.Valenti@PowerDNN.com .

To give you an idea of how useful this library and methodology is, we use it on www.PowerDNN.com .  On PowerDNN.com, we have 9 different variations of our skin (different images and such).  Before implementing these methods, our skin HTML was about 12kb * 9 = 108kb, now, all 13 variations have a total footprint of 13.3kb.

Also, we're going to be releasing a whitepaper in the next couple weeks that talks about building high performance skins and easily managable designs.  Stay tuned for some _really_ cool stuff.
