Steve,

In looking at my IIS7 COnfiguration I find that I have 3 mappings for *.aspx  They are the following

PageHandlerFactory-Integrated
PageHandlerFactory-ISAPI-2.0
PageHandlerFactory-ISAPI-2.0-64

If I change these to have the "Invoke handler only if request is mapped to" option, I can recreate your listed error.

I assume that nothing using linkclick.aspx is working on this site correct.  For example the links module.

Steve, i had similar issue with Linkclick.aspx and FileHandler utils.

If one used Turkish locale noone was able to download documents from module, and it was a lowercase- uppercase issue in core functionality.

And Mitchel told me to check Links module, it was displaying same error code. As Mitchel stated, can you install Links module and add a document or link to it.

Probably you will get same error where Linkclick.aspx used.

The error does not occur on the links module, which I am using on other pages as an internal menu (links to other pages in the site).

The "Invoke handler only if request is mapped to" option is unchecked on all three mappings.
