Hi,

You say that "there is no need to compile"... Then should i upload source code including .VB files on the server?

Then if someone has right to login server, anyone can access raw source code from VB files.

Please guide me how should i upload the files on the godaddy server?

you should be able to trust anyone with logon rights to your server. Or, phrased differently, if anyone you don't trust gains access to your server, the integrity of the source code is the least of your troubles.
