I installed a fresh copy of Dotnetnuke, created a database named "TestDNN". and created a virual directory in IIS.

It worked !! A website home browsed opened without any error.

After that, i compiled the site without adding anything other module or any other thing.

Again I created new virtual directory with a path to compiled website. Now it gives me error that "You are not authorized to view this page".

Even In IIS, In Website properties, From ASP.NET tab, I selected "2.0" and also Default.aspx selected from "Documents" TABS. but nothing happened.

I am new with dotnetnuke, please help me.

you need to compile library (if you made changes) and compiled modules (WAP), but web sites and other modules are WSP (Web site projects), which get JIT compiled  by ASP.Net, publishing compiled DNN web sites is currently not supported.
