I'm looking at the upgrade code right now to see what it's doing.  I'm betting based on the code that it's failing at the resource installer.  Is there any way to "see" what it's doing in there?  Each time it appears that the scripts get installed and then it fails on "Performing General Upgrades".

If I can manually run blocks of the upgrade I could isolate ou parts.  Is there such a thing as a manual upgrade (copy files, run scripts, etc) ????

Anything?  I'm sort of hosed here if I can't figure out how to upgrade.  Can I get some support

I don't think its the Installing Resources part - as there is no status line after Performing General Upgrades - you should at least see a line "Installing Optional Resources" or something like that, which would indicate it has finished the previous step, and started a new one.

There is code at the end of the "UpgradeApplication()" function that attempts to delete the config and .txt files in the host folder.  If there are permission issues here this might timeout.
