If the host is really a problem then switch hosts.  You could move the site and domain to a new host in less time than it's taking to get the replies you mention.  If I were you're client I'd be switching developers if my site had problems for that long without you resolving it.

You do get what you pay for.

Their stats reporting is also down... "We are aware of global issues on the Smarter Stats, which our engineers are attempting to resolve as soon as possible."

To answer previous post. I reporgrammed my whole client's site in HTML in the meantime, but if anyone knows of the most reliable DNN host that will setup DNN for me please let me know.
