I applied the free DNN skin XDbrassknuckles which is primarily reversed (black bg, white fg).  Some parts of the repository module work with the skin, some don't.

Examples:

Adding a new item, bg is black as expected, most foreground text is white as expected (in editors, titles etc).

But, when viewing uploaded articles as an end users, the bg is white (should be black) since the foreground picked up the style for white text.  So all of my end-user facing articles are white on white.  Kind of hard to read :)

Is this a known issue?  Do I have to swtich to a black on white contrasting skinn?  Is there an easy way to override the skin/styles within the repository?

oops, misread your post, i see you are using the repository module. You would have to modify the articles template css to fit your skin
