I've looked through some template files, and can't find the follow paragraph, or info on changing it.

GUIDELINES: In submitting this file and image I agree that they may be downloaded by other visitors to this web site.I also state that I have the authority to upload these files and that I am not breaking any copyright law by uploading them. use the language editor in admin menu, you will find the text inside /local/Modules/Repository/ folder.
