Hi every one

I install a new Dnn 4.9.0. Everything OK for host super user and portal admin login which created in installation. When I login as a host super user, I add new portal and it's security information(User name and Password etc.). After I press create portal, the page shows the 403 visit forbidden. I also cannot login with created new portal administration username and password. Usually when I create the username and password I created these on notebook first and then copy and paste to avoid typing errors. I try to create another portal, still the same situation. Actually I already set up the fold permissions before I install Dnn 4.9.0. Previously I worked with Dnn 4.8 without creating new portal problems. I am not sure what's the problems it may happen.
