I originally did my DNN installation to the directory "dnn1" rather than the default directory. I may have done this by mistake. I would like to have my users be able to hit

http://enhesive.com/Default.aspx

not

http://enhesive.com/dnn1/Default.aspx

and have my site load correctly. Is that possible without having to re-install it? Can I change the Home Directory of the site to the dnn1 directory and have everything work correctly?  Do I need to change anything in the database?

hi,

no you won't have to change anything in your DB, just make sure you point the web.config DB entry to the correct location of the database

the physical directory name and the virtual/application name are not related.

just create a virtual/application  name that points to your /dnn1 in IIS

your users will just have to enter http://myserver/myDotNetNuke

also you may want to move/create a 'default.aspx' entry in the documents section of your site in IIS.
