After I got the published files of DotNetNuke from my development vendor
I created database, created new user,
Uploaded the published DotNetNuke files on FTP,
Provided the permission on the DotNetNuke folder,
Created a virtual directory, modified the web.config file.
Ran the Default.aspx file, completed the DotNetNuke installation steps.

I got message congratulations, you have successfully installed DotnetNuke.
When I clicked 'Finished(Goto Site)' I got DotNetNuke Error:- version 04.07.00
with no message details, one thing to note is now my URL reads like this

http://questionpapers.com/DotNetNuke/Default.aspx?tabid=36&error=Could+not+find+a+part+of+the+path+'E%3a%5cinetpub%5cvhosts%5cquestionpapers.com%5chttpdocs%5cDotNetNuke%5cApp_GlobalResources%5cLocales.xml'.&content=0

I think I am so close yet so far from website launching, Please help me.

did you make sure, that the hierachical file structure is kept during upload? The server claims /app_GlobalResources/locales.xml to be missing.

I had created Physical Folder DotNetNuke (later on made virtual directory) which contains all the DotNetNuke published files from my development vendor, rest all files and folder are provided my hosting vendor.

I don't know if I did it right? or is it that I was not supposed to create a Folder DotNetNuke but to replace all the files and folders of /httpdocs/Website/ with DotNetNuke published files

I think my development vendor has not provided me Folders App_Code and App_GlobalResources from DotNetNuke published files? am I right?
