I wonder if there is some kind of regional/international language setting that is causing this to freeze for you.

i have a hunch this is caused by the ö's in the web address... Could you try make the encoded address of the url also work with this site. The encoded address is: http://wwww.xn--fretagsvrdering-7kb21a.net. That address currently just shows this text: "Alien firstdev.se by johjoh68"

personally.. its the first time i've seen an an url like this.. chances are that there are some issues loading the proper files for the editor....

Hey Johan,

Well, I can certainly replicate the problem in IE, however, and it seems to work quite well in other browsers. It also occurs whether you are clicking on the edit icon or navigating directly to the URL (http://www.xn--fretagsvrdering-7kb21a.net/Home/tabid/38/ctl/Edit/mid/369/Default.aspx). The FCK editor is being used, and the content of the edit page does not seem to be unusual in any way.

Are you seeing this behavior anywhere else on the site - or only when specifically following the "edit" link for a TEXT/HTML module?

Thanks,

Ian

Good thought Erik,

Originally IE shows the following URL / info:

http://wwww.xn--fretagsvrdering-7kb21a.net

"This web address contains letters or symbols that cannot be displayed with the current language settings. Click here for options..."

I then went into the Language settings and enabled Swedish (SE) and the URL

and now the info bar went away and the URL is: http://www.företagsvärdering.net/

but the edit page still won't load....
