My site will have subscription donations, much like the Conversations Network here: http://itc.conversationsnetwork.org/donateJoin

I've looked at how DNN does subscriptions through the "manage services" section of the profile.  I would like a much more user friendly way of doing this:

1. A medallion on the every page with "subscribe now!" image.  This links to page with benefits of joining.
2. A link from that page that takes you through the subscription steps.
3. Medallion disappears for subscribers.

I would like our users to not have to navigate to their profile to see the "manage services" section to subscribe.
