I am trying to move pages up and down in the admin->pages list and when I highlight a page and then click the up arrow nothing happens. I looked in the book and believe that I am following instructions, but can't get my new pages to move higher in the list. Any ideas?

No I am not getting any errors. The status message at the bottom shows a bunch of messages really fast, but none of them look like error messages. It says waiting for my web site, connecting, transferring data and done.

I found a solution, or should I say a work around, for this.  Originally when I added a new page I had selected "Add to End" for the Insert Page option.  I deleted the page that I had added and then when I re-added it I selected "After" (which is the default) and then selected the page I wanted the new page to be after.  When I tried to move pages afterwards it worked normally.
