HERE!  HERE!  I second Wolfe's comments!

I haven't been around DNN nearly as long as he, BUT I have been supporting DNN for a while.  I also love the DNN blogging, BUT with the latest complications, I'm also seriously looking at the BlogEngine.NET or worse SharePoint.  No threats, just reality!

I ended up giving up on DotNet Nuke, then went to BlogEngine and that was worse. The search engines just don't pick up BlogEngine posts. I then moved all my sites to Wordpress. Wow - what a difference. I got a 500% increase in traffic, posts were indexed within 5-10 minutes directly to first page of Google - they would slide back if no immediate interest. The algorithm has changed so it takes a little longer now.

I have another site that is all .NET. I am just in the process of moving the front end to Wordpress (static pages, blogs) to Wordpress with the dynamic .NET functionality in the back end. It works really well on windows server.

Very interesting option with regards to WordPress. I know of quite a few blogs I read which are on there. And with some recent interest in iPhone dev lately, moving everything off of my own servers might fit the bill.....Something to think about. Thank you very much. To the DNN guys, especialy the blog people, come on guys, you've got people CRYING OUT FOR HELP and your just not listening! Consultants get fired for crap like that! Get with it or people are going to ditch!
