Mark, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.  Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

It looks like that pages changed since the original post.  The correct link is http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Development....  For some reason I am unable to edit my original post (even though I am the author).  In case you still have problems finding it.  Go to the "Forge" page then on the left find the link to the "Documents" Module.  The link to the Admin Guide is on the Document module page under "Other Files".
