I've checked both dotnetnuke.config and config\dotnetnuke.config.  Each have the proper code to point towards the /dnn-blue/ default skin and I've reuploaded the skin to any and every available location.  Any help on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.  Currently using 4.9.2.

I just upgraded a site from 4.6.2 to 4.9.2 and am getting the same error.

Please help!

OK, I fixed this using the instructions in this post.

But the bigger question is what happened?  I've done this upgrade half a dozen times with no problems.  Is there anything else I should look for?
