Greetings,

Can anyone assist me with an install issue?  I'm installing 5.01 on a Win2K server with SQL 2000.  I've attempted installing 4 times and finally made if through and clicked on 'Go to Site' after a message said everything is setup correctly.

When I try to go to my site I am redirected to the install directory which lists the files in that directory.  How do I get into my site??? Any help is much apprecaited.

Accepted Answer

- which install options did you choose?

- DNN 5.0.1 is still experimental. If you want to install a production site, I suggest to use DNN 4.9.2 instead

- In your database, table portalAlias, which address is specified?

Thanks for getting back to me.  I ended up wiping the DB and re-installing 5x which after several attempts seems to be working good.
