please go to File Manager in Admin menu of the portal, in upper right corner perform a recursive sync. Next, for the root folder at the bottom of the page adjust and save the permissions.

Hi,

Today I had the same problem, and I must say that it is much worse than it seems.
Not only the logo, but many files and folders have mysteriously changed their ID.
I use modules that, for their operation, requiring that FolderID and FileID do not change without reason.
So you can understand that, if this happens, it's a big problem.

What is the cause of this? And is there a way to prevent this behavior?

Thanks in advance.

I found by myself the explanation to the problem, and I disabled the autoSync Filesystem feature.

It was found a solution in dnn 5?

please notice that you need to disable Sync Scheduler Job, NOT autosync.

The scheduler job has been removed in DNN 4.9.3 and DNN 5.
