Can anyone point me in the right direction as to setting up a box properly?  I followed the instructions pretty carefully, but when I navigate to http://localhost/dnn, I get a page not found.  I'm pretty sure it's in the IIS settings somewhere because I put in a test.html and when I navigate to http://localhost/dnn/test.html, I can see that page.

I even went into IIS and looked at the properties of the virtual site I set - dnn is the app name, scripts and execute is set, I even went into the documents tab and put Default.aspx in the list, and moved it up.  I know IIS is seeing the directory because of the test.html, but for some reason it's not seeing the default.aspx.  (yeah, I tried lower and upper in Default-default)

Anyone have any ideas?
thx

Check that ASP.NET is set up

Check that the directory containing dnn has security set up correctly for the NETWORK SERVICE user and apply to all child objects

is there a surefire way of seeing if it's set up?  I'm pretty sure it's running.  I look in properties of the site in IIS admin and 2.0 is chosen for that Virtual directory.

I had to go out and grab Network Service (yes, all caps:) and made sure that it applies to subfolders as well.
