Can anybody tell me after installing to the production server the desktop modules no longer display?

I get the portal fine just not the modules or content I developed on a development machine.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks,
Sheila

You copied over you entire development DNN application directory and created a replica of the development database for production?

What steps did you do to move from devel to production?

I had the same error/problem.  The home page displays with no content/modules.   I first updated the web.config file to handle the different connection strings on the remote host and then I copied over the entire structure which seems to have copied just fine, all files.   It then installed with no errors when I pointed my browser at the site.  But, problem is, no content (as seen on the development machine) is visibile.  I suspect permission problems that prevent loading module files that were successfully copied over.  Any thoughts?  The site runs perfectly on the development side, just not on the production side.  Thanks in advance.
