OS: Windows Web Server 2008
OBJECTIVE: Post Blogs using Window Live Writer

I'm trying to configure Windows Live Writer to post Blogs to my server.  I get the message saying it successfully logged in, but there is no active blog.  In my Blog Options under MetaWeblog Options I entered that URL.  So what else do I need to do to successfully use Window Live Writer?

....I'm using my admin account to login.

I figured it out!  I had to use the "Community Provider" option.
