I'm looking for a simple e-commerce type system - that doesn't need to handle any money transactions or shipping info.

Basically - my client want to allow their members (Private registration - so they are already known clients) to be able to go online and place an order for various brochures and manuals (they have 100's).  The prices are already known to both parties and so the system will not be tracking cost or shipping.

Basically it would be like running a store in Catalog mode and not display ordering - but allowing the members to add them to a cart and submit their "order".  I was hoping there's a product that can already kinda do this... or I'll have to quote a custom built module for this.

I peaked at the core store - but the brochures can belong to multiple categories ---- it it should be searchable.

Any ideas of the current e-comms available?  Or should I just custom quote this thing out?
