I am not sure exactly how it happened, but I see the "Mode: View & Edit" section through out my site above the top banner. Since I am logged out, I can't edit anything even after selecting the "Edit" radio button and I already cleared my cache. Can anyone help me with removing this from view and suggest what section within the CMS that is done? Please see this site for reference www.tngconsulting.com

Thank you very much in advance to all.

You see this display because there is a module on the page(s) that is set to allow "All Users" to edit the module.

You will need to validate permissions on all modules to see which one is causing the issue.
