Hi DNN experts.  I am a complete noob, and need some assistance.

I setup a portal for my community.  I want to give some of the community leaders the ability to post News letters, and announcments to the site.  I also want to give registered users the ability to have those messages emailed to them each time they are posted.  My theory is that if it doesn't email than no one will know something it exists. I have installed the announcment, forum, and blog modules.  None of these seem to have any options related to "mass email when posting to this module" settings. I see the news Letter option in the admin menu, but I don't want to make these community leaders admins necessarily.  I also would need it to be optional for the users IE a subscribe to this message board, or blog or something like that.

Can someone recommend a way to get this done.
