I have been used FckHtmlEditorProvider_02.00.03_Install on DNN 4.7.0.

 

Suddenly the problem occurred yesterday when I tried to input images with text via HTML/TEXT, Blog or other any module which use FCK. When I input source code with image tag via text box, it works as usual. But when I click the update button after select image with text in FCk, the windows refresh one time then it shows editorial window again with original page (no image) instead of edited page. There is no problem to select image or review image in FCK window.

 

It looks the code which FCK created has been rejected. But there is no log in log viewer.

 

Any ideas?

I assume there is a javascript error, did you install a module or skin on your DNN installation, which includes JS and might interfere?

 Yes. I installed some 3rd party module. But it had been worked well before the day with same configuration.
 
I found more detail case. The weird thing is this happens only for image tag. When I insert image from "Insert/Edit image" button and submit "Update", the window just refresh once and lose all editing image and text. But when I just paste the same code in Source window, it works. Also even after I lost text and image, the update will be reflected with hitting key F5 (Reload, it means resend data) the page.
 
It looks some encode/decode issue of creating code from image browser. Do you have any idea creating bare code from image browser?  Or any suggestion?

There is for sure some JavaScript interfering.

you might try to upgrade FCKEditor to lastest version (see here), maybe this solves your problem.

Thank you. I updated the FCKeditor, but no luck. Also I tested with bare skin and bare container but nothing changed.
