Wow... whoops, you're right, there are actually 2 calendars on that page. One is a list view with no events, hence why it's empty. I updated that one to use the same theme, and it works fine.

However, on the home page (listed above) we NEED both calendars to have separate themes. CTF.css and CTF-Home.css. It seems they're being blended on the page.

Your CSS files are not set up quite right. Have a look at on the ones that are shipped with the module. You need to add .ThemeCTF or .ThemeCTF-Home against many of the items. That then ties to ThemeCTF class I pointed at, and links the theme file to the individual module instance. This is a change in version 5.x to all different themes to be applied to different module instances.
