Hi,

I created a custom module with 2 user controls. One to act as default view and the other as in Edit type.

My issue is that I cannot see my edit control on the module menu. The default view.ascx does load though. !

Any help ?

Thanks in advance.

You module will need to inherit from IActionable

You will also need to add some code to add it to the menu. This is what I have to add the Edit control to the module menu

                ///

                /// Adds an item to the Menu
///

public DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.Actions.ModuleActionCollection ModuleActions
{
get
        {
//create a new action to add an item, this will be added to the controls
                //dropdown menu
ModuleActionCollection actions = new ModuleActionCollection();
                actions.Add(GetNextActionID(), Localization.GetString(ModuleActionType.AddContent, this.LocalResourceFile), ModuleActionType.AddContent, "", "", EditUrl(), false, DotNetNuke.Security.SecurityAccessLevel.Edit,  true, false);
return actions;
        }
}

Hope that helps
