Ok than how can I parse a skin so that it displays as it should even when I introduce modules......?

You only have to add the doctype and then the skin should be the same in all browsers, parsing is only needed if you cahnged the HTML file in the skin.

If the skin still does not look the same in all browsers, the is another problem with your skin.

Check your skin for HTML errors, or any styles you used that are specific to IE.

Also, the aproach that all the other browsers are right and IE is wrong will lead to a better result.
