make sure, full file system permissions are granted to ASp.net user ("Network service" by default) for your DNN installation folder and all subfolders.

I am having the same issues on two DNN 5 versions sites I am trying to upgrade to 5.1.

Line 57:         Public Function GetHtmlTextLog(ByVal ItemID As Integer) As ArrayList
Line 58:
Line 59:             Return CBO.FillCollection(DataProvider.Instance().GetHtmlTextLog(ItemID), GetType(HtmlTextLogInfo))
Line 60:
Line 61:         End Function
Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

Lewis

My issue was resolved -- not all of the upgrade files copied from the zip onto the site.
