My host is CrystalTech, and I've just used their Installer to install DNN 4.03 using MS SQL 2005 and all appears to have installed properly.

I use VWD2005, and would like to design and develop things locally and then upload to the host.

Should I use the Website > Copy Website functionality of VWD to synchronize all those files to my local machine? Or should I use the Starter Kit on my machine?

I'm a little confused here!

Thanks!!! [EMO]glasses.gif[/EMO]

Okay... not everybody is a DNN guru... and it would help those of us who are NEW to get the advice of you "old timers".....

The documentation is not complete - nowhere have I found instructions on what to do when your host provides an install package. Could one of you more erudite types  please expound???

Thanks!
