Thanks for the quick answers!

Looks like I'll be moving to v4.9.4

So there aren't any problems running v3.2.2 against an SQl2005 backend?
It would be great if I could move a copy of the existing site onto the new server w/ SQL 2005 and then run the upgrade!

No, DNN 3 should run fine on SQL 2005.

If you want to run DNN 3 on IIS 7 (Windows 2008) you will need to install ASP.Net 1.1. In this case, I'd suggest to upgrade to DNN4 first

Not a problem as we're staying with Windows 2003 for now.
