I went through the manual installation procedure and the installation was said to be successful.
However when I open the login page all I can see is an icon of lock, and there is no place allowing me to login with the superuser account being setup.
I am suspecting it's because some incorrect setting in permission, such that the login page itself requires login to access.

Has anyone seen this problem before? Any help will be appreciated.

- Frank

Can you try to access the login page from another browser?
