IMO the best "documentation" would be some example skins to answer the most common questions.

I'm thinking of:

  • Horizontal
  • Vertical
  • Horizontal with second vertical submenu
  • RTL menu

Any other suggestions?

Just FYI - I was passing by DNNCreative.com and noticed that the most recent edition of his video tutorials deals with the new DNNNav menu, I'm currently downloading the lot of them, will know more once I've had a chance to sit down and watch them.
